As co-founder of Boost Your Bottom Line, Holly brings a wealth of marketing and advertising experience to the table. A big picture strategist, Holly is constantly looking for ways to take the old and tired and rebrand it into inspired. You can almost hear the words, “By George, I think I’ve got it!” each time she cracks a client challenge, crunches numbers and marketing projections, and develops spreadsheets to ensure client success. Holly's fast and furious style was unleashed at a big agency in Minneapolis where she led domestic and international multimedia advertising campaigns. Always charged by big ideas, empowering others and getting at the heart of issues, Holly led two creative teams to National Advertising Federation awards for excellence in creative execution and increased revenue - and won several regional honors. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism-Advertising from the University of Kansas, is a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, international speaker, media guest expert, and serves on the USA Today Small Business Panel. Holly is a gourmet cook and busy mom juggling 3 kids, a husband, and lots of travel. Add a thriving business, a drive for excellence and a good latte, and you get a sense of her high-energy life.
As co-founder of Boost Your Bottom Line, Leslie brings a wealth of marketing and public relations experience to the table. An action-oriented communicator, Leslie can quickly cut through all the clutter to identify, energize and unleash people, ideas and brands. Leslie's career spans more than 25 years of coordinating BIG buzz building campaigns and events for cities, non-profits and small businesses. Her strategic perspective, positive energy and approachable style also attracts spitfires who want to launch big ideas, and her wordsmithing skills ensure clients market with heart and soul. Leslie holds a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin and certifications in Guerrilla Marketing, Stott Pilates, Journal to the Self, and FirstLine (nutrition) Therapy. A graduate of CoachU, she's also co-author of Guerrilla Marketing on the Frontlines, recipient of a Bronze Award for feature article writing from the National Council of Marketing and Public Relations, international speaker, media guest expert, and serves on the USA Today Small Business Panel. Leslie can't get enough of Pilates, kettlebells and journaling — keys she shares with unbridled enthusiasm to help clients maintain a healthy, balanced life. In her free time she hikes, bikes, kayaks, and skis with her husband and is support crew for two sons in graduate school.

Cherie, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, joined the Boost Your Bottom Line team in 2006. Her hospitality background has come in handy again and again. Not one to get ruffled, we turn to our Spitfire Assistant whenever something big must be organized quickly and efficiently. That’s her forte. Cherie is a master at organizing our behind-the-scenes details, knows how to manage the workflow of just about anything and can resolve customer challenges with ease. And that allows us to spend most of our time working with clients. When she’s not here, Cherie is likely working as Media Coordinator/Web Master at the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation, hanging out with her husband and son, or taking a bit of time to read, cook, bike and play in the great outdoors.
Michaela, a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Business Administration, is the organized, roll-up-your-sleeves type, with out-of-this-world writing skills. Her experience as an Interactive Marketing Analyst & Media Planner is valuable for clients exploring advertising, PR and new media as she oversees marketing projects. Michaela is one busy Spitfire choreographing theater dances, taking long walks, boating on Lake Superior and hanging out with her husband and new puppy.
We're pleased to welcome Dana as the newest addition to our Spitfire team. Dana, a graduate of Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, is our lead contact for setting up keynotes, bootcamps and singing our praises to small business clients. Dana's sales background includes 13 years in the consumer products industry, working with a very diverse list of clientele. From small business owners to corporate VP's... clients appreciate that Dana does not "beat around the bush."
